I really can’t say enough great things about my experience with Nick. He goes way above and beyond what one would expect. He takes customer service to a new level that I haven’t experienced in his profession. He’s been a realtor for only several years which is a big plus in his case. He was happy to drive me to a variety of places since I wasn’t even sure what I wanted. I’d had 3 other realtors sending me info on places before, and that’s where it ended. When I went to sell my home, I first attempted For Sale by Owner since I wasn’t convinced that a realtor added much value to a sale transaction in a strong seller’s market. Nicholas proved me wrong!
As I attempted to be a realtor I realized that I often ended up with showings from people who just wanted to tour my house with no intention of actually buying, or a stampede of realtors acting like they had an interested client when they just want to list your property. Not only was Nicholas able to sift through to find me a qualified buyer within two weeks, but he kept showing my property for back-up offers until my contract was ironclad.
We had some rare and unexpected issues pop up along the way. Before we listed, Nicholas discovered an open permit from a decade before I bought the house which my title company didn’t catch (avoid Meridian National Title, Clearwater like the plague). He worked to help me resolve it without coming out of pocket. Our buyer changed lenders days before close and neglected to tell us but Nicholas uncovered the truth and presented me with scenarios for which we pre-planned. He worked diligently to protect my interests and keep things moving. He advised me well and supported my decisions. I had to relocate before closing and he kept an eye out on the house and had a portfolio of honest vendors if we needed work carried out. He got me my list price and was professional, kind and even humorous and uplifting throughout the process.
